Martín Barrenechea (Montevideo, 1980) is filmmaker with a Communication degree from Uruguay’s University of the Republic. He has directed the short films Estado civil and Los putarracos;and co-directed the experimental feature film La Deriva, together with .Pablo Montes and Matías Singer.
