Carlos Castro is a film and TV director, producer, and screenwriter. He worked as Executive Producer from Argentina for the program Italia con voi (2020-21) for RAI, Italy; and content producer for Grupo Octubre. Among his directorial works stand out Alicia and John, the Forgotten Peronism (2009), Jauretche in Shorts (2015), Return to Coronel Vallejos (2018). He collaborated on the script for the fiction Eva from Argentina (2011). His production works include The Coffee War, the Rosenberg Connection (2014); and Alta Cumbia, a Black Movie (2017). He directed the series Major Dreams (2013), that won the National University of Quilmes’ New Looks on TV Award.
