Born in Juliaca, Puno, in 1990, he is a filmmaker, Social Communicator (National University of the Altiplano-Puno), and poet. In 2017, he was a resident at Transfrontera (Chile). In 2018, he was selected as a director for Talents Buenos Aires. In 2020, he was chosen for the 18th Berlinale Talents with his debut film Grietas, and premiered the documentary short film Mamapara (42nd Clermont-Ferrand, 31st Kinoforum, 32nd Cinelatino, 40th VGIK, 20th Kaohsiung).
