Nicolás Dolensky is a director and screenwriter who graduated from the Universidad del Cine and the film program at Universidad Torcuato Di Tella. He wrote and directed the short film La Donna (2013), starring Érica Rivas and Claudio Tolcachir, which was selected in over eighty festivals, won around 20 awards, and was nominated for Best Short Film at the Cóndor de Plata Awards. He obtained the Creation Grant from the National Arts Fund to make the short film Una habitación simple (2022), which won the Best Actress Award in the Argentine Competition at the 23rd BAFICI. His feature film project Nora Cohen won the Raymundo Gleyzer Long Feature Film Project Contest and was selected in Cine Qua Non Lab (Mexico).
