Nicolás Goldbart was born in Buenos Aires on July 5, 1974. He studied Cinematographic Direction at the University of Cinema. During those years, he directed two 16mm short films (Aguante Torino and Tifón) and several video clips for Argentine rock bands and musicians, such as Ataque 77 and Willy Crook. In 2011 he premiered Fase 7, his first fiction feature film, which won the Award for Best Screenplay at the 2010 SITGES International Fantastic Film Festival. In 2012 he directed Jorge, an 8-episode television series. The K.E.OP/S System is his second feature film.
