Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, he studied audiovisual arts starting in 1988, taking courses in film history, screenwriting, and directing with Pablo Scholz, Ernesto Lechner, Beda Docampo Feijoo, María Inés Andrés, and Irene Ickowicz. He studied at the Universidad del Cine and the University of California at Los Angeles. Among his works stands out the film De cúpulas, desencuentros y algunas cosas más (1994).
