Martino Zaidelis has been a partner and director at the production company 100 Bares since 2005. In 2024, he directed the feature film Campamento con mamá for Netflix. In 2022, he directed the feature film La extorsión, distributed by WB and HBO Max, which was the most-watched fiction movie of 2023 in Argentina. He served as a producer and director for the first and second seasons of the Paramount+ series Los enviados, starring Miguel Ángel Silvestre and Luis Gerardo Méndez. In 2018, he directed one of the Argentine box office hits of the year, Re loca, starring Natalia Oreiro, produced by Viacom and distributed by Paramount Pictures. He was the executive producer of the fiction series Entre caníbales, distributed by Sony Pictures and co-produced with TELEFE. He directed and produced the unitary fiction miniseries El hombre de tu vida, for TELEFE and HBO. He directed various documentaries and reality shows such as Cuentos cardinales (TELEFE), Había una vez un club (CANAL 13), and Capitales del fútbol (ESPN), among others. He was the editor of the miniseries Vientos de agua (Telecinco de España and Canal 13). He participated in the production of the feature films Metegol, Luna de Avellaneda, El hijo de la novia, and El cuento de las comadrejas. He won the Martín Fierro Award for Best TV Director in 2012 and 2013 for El hombre de tu vida.
