Lucas Turturro (Buenos Aires, 1983) is a film director and visual artist. He wrote and directed the documentary features A King for Patagonia (2011) —wich recieved a Special Jury Mention at the 25th edition of the Mar del Plata International Film Festival and a Special Mention at the 14th Malaga International Film Festival—, and Unconscious (2017) — which participated at the 17th Doc Buenos Aires (Argentina, 2017) and 7th American Documentary Film Festival (USA, 2018), among others—. The Fall of the Queens is his first narrative feature film.
