Jimena Monteoliva is an Argentine producer and screenwriter, as well as founder and director of the Crudo Films production company. As a director, she has made Clementina, selected to be presented at the the 2017 Cannes’ Blood Window Galas. She continued with To Kill a Dragon, a film that won several awards, including best feature film and direction at Macabro, Final Girls Chile, as well as Panamá and Bogotá Horror Film Festival. While she awaits the comercial premiere of Welcome to Hell, her third feature film screened at the Sitges Film Festival and BAFICI, she is adapting Gabriela Cabezón Cámara’s novel La Virgen Cabeza.
