Gonzalo Mellid is an Argentine director and screenwriter. In his early years, he specialized in the making of music videos. He directed more than thirty videoclips for renowned Latin American artists; some of them already exceeding millions of views on YouTube. Several of his short films are available on different platforms such as CINE.AR and Amazon Prime Video, as well as on television channels such as DirecTV and ShortsTV. His horror short film Ashes had an extensive run in both national and international festivals. His debut feature film The Shape Of The Woods was part of the Marché du Film at the Cannes Film Festival, as part of the 2021 Blood Window Showcase.
