Germán Abal was born in Quilmes on October 18, 1991, in a humble, low-income family. In the academic field, he obtained the dgrees of Professor of Audiovisual arts and a Bachelor in Arts, with an Orientation in Theory and Criticism, from National University of La Plata’s School of Arts. In the professional field, in addition to his filmmaking career, he is currently a Professor of Film, TV and New Media Development at the higschool and university levels, as well as in the field of non-formal education.
