Colombian film director and producer, with a Master’s degree in Documentary Film from the Pontificia Bolivariana University, and a degree in Audiovisual Languages from the University of Medellín. She is a partner and co-founder of the film production company Ruido. She is the director of the documentary feature film Amando a Martha, which premiered at IDFA 2022 in the Luminous section. Additionally, this film was the winner of the Colombian Cinematographic Development Fund, the IDFA Bertha Fund, and the fund of the National Institute of Cinema and Audiovisual Arts of Argentina Fund. In 2020, she was the winner of the incentive from the Medellín City Hall and the Film Commission for the development of her documentary short film El tiempo de los abrazos. She is the producer of the fiction short film Todos los peces que maté, awarded at the 2019 Cartagena de Indias International Film Festival. In 2021, she produced her first fiction series called Santa, a project that got the support of Colombia’s Ministry of Information Technologies and Communications Fund.
