BIO

Carolina Fusilier (Buenos Aires, 1985) is a multidisciplinary artist who explores the intangibility of technology and notions of non-linear time through film, sound, painting and site-specific projects. El lado quieto (2021), her first feature film in collaboration with Miko Revereza, was selected for support from ACC Cinema Fund (Asia Culture Center, KO) and was screened at Doc-Fortnight MoMa (US), Open City (UK), IDFA (NL), DMZ Docs (KO), Dos Leipzig (DE), Black Canvas (MX), YIDFF (JP), among others. She received the Pollock-Krasner Foundation Grant among other grants, supports and international residencies. Her short film Paraiso de los gatos (2022) was selected by a Netflix+Hot Docs co-production initiative. She exhibited his work collectively and individually in institutions such as Museo Jumex (MX), Sculpture Center (US), The Drawing Center (US), Centro Cultural Tlatelolco (MX) and Museo de Arte Moderno de Buenos Aires (AR). Studied at the Universidad del Cine (AR), the Academy of Fine Arts Düsseldorf (DE), Soma (Mexico), UTDT Artist Program (AR).
