Camila Giraud is an Argentine actress and producer. She is currently studying Popular Music at the National University of La Plata. She is a performer in musical theater, trained at the Julio Bocca Foundation. Giraud received her acting training from Maria Onetto, Alejandro Catalán, and Carolina Adamovsky. In 2018, she completed her first year of professional studies in the Lecoq method in Barcelona. She was a scholarship recipient at NexoLab, a performative research laboratory led by Mariana Belloto (2017/18). Giraud also trained in dance and received a scholarship through the ISVP program at Broadway Dance Center in the United States. She directs her own work, Cajita Feliz, which was selected to participate in FEDRAS 2022, held at the Recoleta Cultural Center. Giraud is also a producer for Pornografía sentimental, directed by Braian Alonso (participant in the 2019 Biennial of Young Art). Her recent acting work includes Que te vaya bonito, produced by Pablito No Clavó Nada; Museo Moretti and No, directed by Ignacio Pozzi; Bluetooth Connected, a short film directed by Julián Escandarani, winner of the 7Siff 2021; and Nafta súper, directed by Nicanor Loreti. In 2023, her short film Estudio 5, which she produced, directed and starred in, was selected to participate in the 24th edition of BAFICI.
