One of the most convulsive times in the history of the Buenos Aires suburbs. After twenty-four years in power, a wayward dictator subjects the people to tyranny. From this pathetic background a leader and a group of revolutionary idealists emerge, attempting to gain popular support in order to confront this mobster-like structure, which harasses them and contemptuously calls them The Bastards.
