Inspired by true events. Buenos Aires, 1979. Bill Evans, the renowned jazz pianist, arrives in Argentina for a series of concerts. Evans, who has been addicted to heroin for twenty years, gets into the car of the Argentine businessman along with his two musicians and manager. On the day of the concert, they discover that it will take place during the "Miss Winter 1979" contest. A out-of-tune piano, boxing, drugs, deaths, whisky, and empanadas. In a town reminiscent of his childhood, the impossible and the truth of the situation collide within Evans. Months later, in 1980, Bill Evans will die due to complications related to his addictions.
