Shura is a young mother who works in a warehouse in a remote village in Russia. Her husband is in a psychiatric hospital, diagnosed with schizophrenia. Shura was told he'll never be the same again and that there is no hope. One day, she finds out that her husband has disappeared from the hospital, and no one knows where he is.
