Luis Ziembrowski is a well-known actor who is troubled by the fact that he is always being cast in films, series and theatre productions to play villainous roles. When he was very young, his father - a Polish immigrant - entered the underworld and caused a family hecatomb. Luis is alarmed by the possibility of expressing, through acting, an evil gene that can awaken and harm those he loves. From fragmented memories, the actor delves into the memory of his family while he wonders if he and his father are not mere simulators. If the only authentic thing, the only possible thing in a life, is fiction or escape.
