Luca, a taciturn real estate employee, works for a company keen on developing an exclusive gated community. Faced with bureaucratic obstacles that hinder the progress of the project, he turns to a congressman who proposes that Luca becomes his frontman. Blinded by his ambition, Luca fails to notice a limitless downfall.
