At the center of the world, there is a black tree. Whoever can reach it can talk to the trees, send messages through the birds, and heal curses. Martín is a goat breeder from a Qom community called Santo Domingo. His community is threatened by agribusiness companies that are taking over their territory. For some time, his animals have been dying, and he doesn't know why. Amidst community assemblies and roadblocks, Martín must decide whether or not to answer the call of the black tree.
