Eduardo, a prosecutor with an unresolved past, decides to return to his hometown to investigate a series of murders. Waiting for him there are a couple of old friends: Paula and Ramiro, the current local police chief. As the investigation progresses, the friends uncover a corrupt ecosystem built on the abuse of agrochemicals at the expense of the locals' precarious living conditions. Eduardo will try to overcome his trauma following this discovery, but he is not alone: there is an entire population with shattered lives.
