A family dismantles the apartment of Aunt July, who has recently passed away. Both the space and the family are permeated by mourning. Object by object, room by room, fragments of her elusive figure emerge from the memories accumulated within: her life as an artist, her gender transition, her exile to Brazil during the military dictatorship, her longing for love, her irreverent humor, her trans activism, and her final years burdened with HIV. It's a collective and intimate portrait that challenges our notions of identity and transcendence.
