Diego Gottheil was born in 1961. He is a film director, writer, and lawyer. He studied filmmaking at the School of Cinematic Production at the Pan American School of Art. Additionally, he studied screenwriting with Simon Feldman and directing actors with Laura Yusem. He has written two novels: “Ojos de Sangre” (2002) and “Obsesión” (2019), and has adapted these novels into respective film scripts. Recently, he has written a screenplay in English called “Honey.” He has directed four short films: “Ruleta Rusa,” “Polaroid,” “Ese Sabor Amargo,” and “Jesús: Resurrección y Muerte de un Marginal,” some of which have received awards at Uncipar, First Mention Méliès Award, etc. He is the director, screenwriter, and producer of the film “La Herida.”
